  • Operations Consulting services are offered for a short-term or project-based basis and may be provided independently of QDDP services. These services support startup and established providers in strengthening administrative infrastructure, streamlining intake and workflow processes, and improving operational efficiency.


  • Designated Risk Management services focus on building and sustaining compliant risk management systems that proactively identify and mitigate organizational risk. 

    • Develop, review, and maintain the Risk Management Plan

    • Conduct quarterly and annual assessments, review trends and incidents, in accordance with CHRIS requirements, and facilitate root cause analyses and corrective action planning.
